General - New Simple or Return Visit

For Focused New Patient - We will focus on one acute or chronic condition - exam and script included. For Return Patients - We provide followups that are convenient without long wait times. We keep patient levels low to give personalized care. To protect other individuals, we ask that all patients suffering from infectious disease (fever, cough, colds, et cetera) use telemedicine to access care or wear a Mask at time of visit.
